"We loved staying here. The room itself was very clean and modern with a good sized kitchen with a dish washer and larger fridge than you typically see. It was a great location next door to the Starbucks reserve, great shopping, and a short walk to the red line station. The staff went above and beyond to help us from the housekeeping staff, lobby staff, and luggage assistance. We also loved the hot complimentary breakfast which was good quality and had really nice variety. We will definitely stay...
"First ever trip to downtown Chicago was made even better by my stay here. Wonderful location, spacious rooms, welcoming staff, and lovely design. Very accessible for solo travelers, have and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city!"

"Exceptional hotel with even better service and accommodations! The location can’t be beat. We had a really great experience with Keith at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We went with our two children and found it to be a more upscale hotel while still being family friendly. Hot tip/ if you show your room key at the Harry Potter store, you get a discount! Cannot recommend enough. We will be back!"
"Our stay at the Thompson was perfect! Very friendly staff! I strongly recommend a corner room with the city view on the highest floor that you can and trust me you can’t miss"
"Level Chicago was perfect in every way. Location was good, staff was friendly, on site garage parking was convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities were great, big gym and the sauna was nice and hot! Didn't have time to use the pool or bbq grills but that space looked well maintained and inviting as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago."
"I always love staying at the River Hotel when I’m in Chicago. It’s in the heart of the city, which makes it so easy to walk to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s become one of my go-to hotels whenever I visit Chicago."
