"We had a suite. Fun with different rooms but very unpractical- bathroom is across the hall with no plugs. Beautiful tub ❤️ in a different room with no plugs. Bed alone in a room. And only plugs were by the desk. Made it tricky. Hotel was old and fun. City was great. "

"We have stayed in Chester multiple times and always walked past the Grosvenor in admiration, finally had the chance to stay for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful hotel that oozes character & class in the heart of Chester. The room was clean, comfortable and grand in every aspect. The staff were wonderful also. Nice breakfast in the brassiere one morning and then a lovely continental delivered to the room the next.
