Fantastic hotel conveniently located in central Birmingham and ideal for both business and weekend stays. Lovely breakfast with professional service. Large, clean, well maintained rooms with an excellent view of Birmingham (stayed on 16th floor). Free access to the spa was an added bonus.

Fabulous hotel, clean and great rooms. Friendly staff. Spa lovely but couple of things to improve it, your staff wearing outdoor shoes in the area when cleaning snd there are signs saying no outdoor shoes, and stop all the couples making out !

We were in Birmingham for the European Athletics and so we did not make use of many of the facilities. A quick look of the Spa suggested it was in very good order. All round all very satisfactory
