Second time coming to this hotel. Staff is very accesible and friendly . Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a little restaurant in the lobby and they had really good menu and I dined in the 2 days I was there . Very pleasant experience and will come here again on my next visit !

Everything was nice, Specially location. The only thing that they need for 5 ⭐ is the Air conditioning. They need to have AC/DC . It's just too hot for having just a fan . Thank you hotel Alameda . 😉

Para empezar el trato del chico q nos recibio pesimo, muy grosero ni las buenas tardes contesto, al igual que el señor de seguridad x la noche, muy mal trato al cliente, segundo lugar la habitacion no es como la que mostraron en las fotos, no tenia ni muebles, la habitacion era para dos personas y solo mos dieron una toalla, LO PEOR fue que la noche que pasamos ahi mi pareja y yo no pudimos dormir xq habia plaga d acaros o no se que tipo de bichos acabamos con todo el cuerpo lleno de piquetes de dichos animalitos, cancelamos la segunda noche debido a esto.
