Ok, but some serious but basic improvements needed
A two night stay with a smooth and easy check in process. However, there were certain aspects of the stay and the hotel that could certainly do with improving. 1) the lighting in the room really needed improving. The room was quite dark which doesn’t work well for those with young children or anyone who’s hoping to get any work done on an evening. 2) One of the lightbulbs in our room did not work at all. 3) The towels provided are of such poor quality that they left fluff on us each time we used them. And this wasn’t even a small amount, we were covered. 4) One evening, upon returning to the hotel, and unaware as to what commotion was unfolding with another client, we saw an emoloyee acting in what can only be described as an unprofessional manner. 5) personally I found the beds and pillows uncomfortable & was not impressed with the level of condensation that had gathered in the windows. Also, on one night the access to the hotel from the car park was closed although there was a security guard at the access point, who refused to let us in although we showed him our keycards. 6) Finally, no bottled water was provided to our room (which I thought was their policy), however the next morning I saw that bottles had been left outside all rooms that had yet to be cleaned, so it’s clear they were provided for some and not others.

Need to be Deaf to get sleep here
Worst nights stay in a hotel i have ever had and I stay away a lot for business. Nightclub next door to the hotel kept me awake until 3am with a constant deep Bass noise. I was on the 15th floor out of 16, in an executive room, I expected better. I feel for anyone on the lower floors. When the music finally stopped and i managed to get some sleep, i was then woken at 6am by the extremely noisy lifts. Check in was slow. Food was expensive and poor. Bed was uncomfortable. Generally a terrible stay. If you stay here for work it is certainly one way to take a backwards step in your career. Assuming you need sleep to function correctly.
