From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! 5 stars is not enough for this beautiful oasis. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a boho tropical vibe. The food is fresh, flavorful and healthy. My room offered a private rooftop pool that overlooks the sea. However, my favorite part of this location was the fabulous staff. Thank you to everyone, especially Jesus, Oscar, Miguel, and Javier. I appreciate all of you for treating me like I was VIP and making my birthday so special.

I have sent a separate email, but I wanted to draw attention to some of my main concerns regarding Nerea. The photos on your website and Google reviews did not reflect the actual look of the property. The beach was rocky, the water was full of seaweed, and the docks were in disrepair. Unfortunately, we had to leave Tulum early due to an emergency, however, we do not think we would have stayed for the entire booking at all. Thank you for your time.
