Amazing property for those who love and appreciate nature. It's a very unique property. We loved every minute of our stay. It's very clean, comfortable bedding, just breathtaking location. Be sure to get a driver from the resort to take you to the hotel as the drive up the hill is not the best. Would definitely go back

I didnt like that it was 3 hours from the airport, cost me $400 usd for transportation. No electrocity in some areas. No heater or ac ( i froze) noone speaks english, so it was a huge communication barrier. Very rough and nearly undriveable road to resort. The walways to rooms, were narrow and uneven. We were susposse to stay 4 days, we checked out after the first night. I took videos and pictures of all of this

El hotel como siempre es una maravilla, todo tiene 10 de 10, servicio, comida, personal y calidad sin embargo tuve una muy mala experiencia reservando por Expedia, es mi 4ta vez reservando por esta app y nunca me había sucedido, como tenían evento y estaba lleno, yo reserve una cabaña de lujo (obvio por el precio) y me dieron una habitación sencilla, desde que les hice la observación le hecharon la culpa a expedia, todo mal con Expedia, mal Expedia y que no debo de reservar por esa aplicación, inclusive tuve que pedir mi beneficio por ser silver ya que ellos ni sabían, y una vez más diciendo ahhhh es de Expedia, que mal, si no les gusta vender por expedia pues cierren la venta en esta app, es sencillo. Cero de calificación en la relación cliente-expedia. Literal te dicen no reserves por Expedia por qué te vamos a dar lo que nos sobre, así me senti y eso que pague casi 1000 dólares por la estancia de 2 noches

Fue una experiencia maravillosa el llegar a las instalaciones es un poco complicado, pues es empedrado y de subida y un solo carril pero una vez adentro de las instalaciones, es un pedazo de paraíso

Los alimentos son de baja calidad, frijoles salados, platillos servidos a destiempo entre un comensal a otro, platillos que no llegaron, a los meseros se les tiene que estar pidiendo hasta en 3 ocaciones las cosas, te llevan un plato de sopa sin cuchara, los meseros nada atentos a tus necesidades, el frigobar de la cabaña solo una cerveza, bicicletas en un estado nada bueno, la salsa te la llevan ya que terminaste de comer, en fin lastima del lugar que es hermoso, pero el hotel tiene que capacitar muchísimo a su personal para la atención al huésped, no solo es ser mesero, añ ser turístico deben de satisfacer al huésped muy bien, obvio, el costo no es nada barato y uno espera un servicio acorde al precio que se paga
