Well my stay was very quiet not a bad thing though maybe i should have been there for New years Day! It was pleasent and comfortable lovely and warm with a hot shower. I have no idea how this place has 4+ star reviews. Staff were pleasant on arrival. Gave us a post it note on key card with our room number (not good enough). Room was okay but carpets were absolutely filthy. Facilities were debatable. Walked into restaurant for breakfast and all tables had left over dishes and had not been cleaned nor did the staff offer to clean one for us so we could sit down. No water out. No pastries etc. Glasses and plates were not clean. Saw a guy in kitchen with no top on. Overall needs a revamp and a deep clean everywhere. The whole place smelt like stale smoke. Definitely not like the pictures.
