Nice small hotel. I don’t care about fancy, just clean, safe and affordable. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating. A bit off the beaten path, but as I had business in Lerdo, worked well. Neat little rustic restaurant about 2 blocks away, near the 7-11.

El Hotel está bien ubicado sin embargo hay mucho ruido y fue difícil poder descansar en la noche. El personal de limpieza empieza a trabajar a las 5 de la mañana y pone música nos tocó oír como dos huéspedes adicionales le dijeron que se callara. La llave de la habitación no servía entonces teníamos que estar pidiendo que nos abrieran el cuarto lo cual era algo incómodo para nosotros

Buen dia, todo muy bien como siempre en ese hotel,el servicio y la atención de lo mejor, la limpieza muy buena y la comida también muy bien,si habría algo que mencionar sería solo el poder estar con más atención o más al tanto del ruido en los pasillos del hotel, en mi caso sucedió la segunda noche que andaban unos niños haciendo mucho ruido eran las 10:30 pm y abrían y cerraban una puerta de un cuarto además de gritar y hablar fuerte, le mande un msj al gerente para mencionarle al respecto del detalle y lo soluciono de inmediato, nos resolvió el problema al momento y pudimos descansar muy bien, como nuestro cuarto estaba al entrar cualquier plática o comentarios que se hacen por la noche o madrugada desde la recepción se escucha bastante hacia el cuarto 101 , cuando llegan los demas huespedes en la madrugada pasan hablando y riendo fuerte y se escucha bastante con el eco de los pasillos, seria muy bueno en los baños de los cuartos tener alguna repisa para poder poner artículos personales de baño, la regadera esta un poco tapada, sale muy pocoa agua por los ahujeros, esasolo con destaparlas con algun alfiler quedal destapadas y saledria mas agua para bañarse, ahora si que mis comentarios son solamente para dar mejoras no para criticar ni reclamar nada en lo absoluto solo para mejorar el ya buen servicio que nos dan,el poder poner lineas de telefono en los cuartos ayudaria tambien a tener una counicacion mas rapida hacia la recepcion ya que ac¿veces se requiere solictar el con
