from getting out of our car we knew it was going to be excellent, we cannot find any faults at all with the hotel staff food etc.

21 Oct 2026The hotel decor is beautiful, the staff are so helpful and friendly. We had a king room with a view, which was a great size, room amenities perfect and view of the bridge. It really does have special feel to it.
I would love to come back and use the hotel again, however I didn't feel that the quality of the bed linen and pillows matched that of the hotel, they are quite scratchy and pillows completely flat, I didn't get a great night's sleep, obviously making it a hard decision as to whether to try another hotel on our return.
I can say, the restaurant food is absolutely fantastic, steak cooked to perfection, starter and desert also delicious!

22 Aug 2026Staff very professional and attentive, the room itself was immaculate! Great vibe in the bar. We were there as a big party with the bridal party, and mother/father of both the bride and groom, as well as many close family friends.
We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had such a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our room was lovely and comfortable, and every little detail made our stay feel special.
The food, service, and overall experience were fantastic.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break. We will definitely be returning!
