Had a wonderful stay at Gillygate.
Fantastic location, near train station and main shopping area.
The room was lovely, everything was explained, about heating and other facilities.
The breakfast was also lovely, cooked fresh to order. Great quality too.

We were in one of the rooms in a converted building at the back of the pub. And it was lovely. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, lovely shower room. It was delightful.
Staff were really helpful, and breakfast was fabulous. We will certainly return.

The staff were superb, really lovely ladies.
Our room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped.
Breakfast was great and they are really close to the main tourist area.

One night stay at The Gillygate
Stayed for one night. The room we got facec the road but it was not noisy. The location was superb because it was walking distance to many tourist places. Many restaurants & shops nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very limited but no extra charges.
