"This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and cannot due enough to help you. The gentleman at the front desk is very kind as well as professional. It was alittle hectic when we arrived for check in as a large group arrived before us and there was a lot happening with the them and he handled the situation professionall and calmly as there was about 15 in the group! Durung this time staff invited us to have a coffee while we waited and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The hotel is very clean and decorated quite nicely. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Athens and close to everything. The street in front of the hotel offers a lovely, inviting walk up to the Acropolis which has restaurants and shopping along the way. There is a supermarket across the street along with a pharmacy too! When we go back to Athens, we will stay here again."
