Honestly this hotel is pretty run down. Service is great they do their best and the communal areas are fine but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff is very good and they have decent drinks. I went for a wedding. Wedding was awesome

The only thing I really disliked was being on the beach and the constant harassment from the vendors. I know the resort doesn't own the beach, but it really ruins the beach vibe.

Property setup easy to get around. Wedding facility and view was beautiful. Activities plentiful. Steakhouse and prime rib has no prime rib which was disappointing. The flatiron and filet steaks were thick. Ribeye was maybe 1/2”. Buffet was good. Liked the ceviche. Other resorts & cruises have great burgers and fries which lots of people liked. We did not care for here.

Didn’t like the soliciting of the time share for other Iberostar properties. Especially after traveling for 11 hours and I want to get to my room and rest and relax and enjoy the oceon view that part of the trip really turned me off

We came for a wedding and had the most wonderful time. We stayed in a beach access room and can honestly say it was stunning. 10/10 recommend.
