Service shocking, no booking for what we wanted an
Sadly got there, greeting was next to nothing, have you got a booking ? With a face that looks like she hated her job.
To then be told they haven’t got our room what’s been booked twice, and booked in for over a month, plus had in email after confirming everything over emails.
Basically was told if I don’t like it we can just leave and go home, 50 minutes to get there and over 1hour home with nothing offered as an apology on the night.
To then be called up by the manager saying sorry which is fair enough but a discount offered if we wanted to use the hotel. A discount after the farce we had to put up with and costs it took to get here.
Was looking for a wedding venue at this place but treated like this can’t see them deserving our booking, sad because it looks a lovely hotel, I might have just been the unlucky person that got this treatment
