This mountain resort is in a beautiful area conveniently located near Los Pueblos Mágicos of Hidalgo. We stayed in the basic room as the others were quite expensive and the room was very basic. No AC and the only ventilation is the windows. The area houses ducks and chickens as well as other forest animals and can get quite noisy early in the AM. They have several pools with one being exceptionally warm and comfortable. They have an amazing Tobogán or super long enclosed pool slide which was awesome and a Tirolsea (zip line) which we did not use. The restaurant was good and reasonable. When we arrived there was almost nobody there and the next afternoon a few bus loads of kids arrived and the place turned into a zoo for the afternoon. Good thing we got our swim in early. No washcloths were available and the maid took my extra floormats that I requested. Super friendly staff. Be aware, the town nearby closed down early on weekdays including restaurants. We were forced to eat at the resort's restaurant and it turned out to be pretty darn good.

Nadie estuvo a nuestra llegada para check in, un vigilante nos indicó donde, no habia von quién dirigirse, llegamos cono 9.30 pm,.los colchones en malas condiciones, hicimos multiples llamadas al hotel antes de llegar para evacuar dudas y ningun numero atendio,.ni los publicados en interner, ni los de la app , cero cominicacion hasta el dia lunes como 9.30 am contestaron el whats app, para entonces habiamos ido a otras cabañas cerca de ahi con mejor precio,.bellas y super equipadas, por lo que optamos por dejar perfer la segunda noche.

La persona que limpio nuestra habitación para la segunda noche, dejo las ventanas abiertas y es una zona que por tener tanto jardín tiene moscos, los cuales se metieron a la habitación y pasamos mala noche por los zumbidos y los piquetes. Para que cuiden eso. La comida del restaurante muy buena.

En el closed faltaba una jaladera En la tina le faltaba el tapón para que no se fuera el agua El segundo día reporte que no habían puesto agua. Cuando trate de reportar lo anterior el teléfono que dan en la pulsera no contestan El WhatsApp que aparece dice de 9 am a 6 pm mande un mensaje a las 5 nadie dio respuesta. fui a administración a reportar lo del agua, teléfono y WhatsApp y me contestaron que por el lugar que estaban no les llegaban las llamadas, lo del agua me pidieron una disculpa porque desde el inicio me tenían que haber dicho que el agua era una cortesía solo del primer día, el WhatsApp era de ventas que el de la recepción no lo daban. Todas las respuesta muy malas.

Un lugar con amplios jardines y muy bonitos, andadores, albercas a 30 grados, aunque haga frío en el ambiente, meterse por la mañana es muy gratificante, permite la caminata dentro del complejo, muy relajante, fui en temporada baja y entre semana, porque sé que en fin de semana se llena.
