2016 Apartments

I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for my wife, two sons (14&12) and I. A few weeks before the stay I spoke to Gulia at the property and she said the apartment I had booked had 2 bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 3 bathrooms!! Not bad at all!! I requested her for to send me some names of restaurants as my son was on a gluten free diet which she did.....and more (read below)! I spoke and messaged Gulia a few more times before check in and each time her responses were prompt and helpful. Needed a taxi at checkout and I mentioned the same at check in to Elena and it was done! Excellent customer service! The property is about 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio but its a pleasant walk by the river. Elena checked us in quickly and showed us to our apartment which was really HUGE! The ground floor had a fully equipped big kitchen and the living room had a dining table for 6 and 2 double sofa beds and a full bathroom. A staircase went up to the mezzanine which had a double bed and another bathroom. The basement had a room with twin beds and a bathroom with a tub and a dressing room with lots of storage space! Daily cleaning is provided. The bathrooms are well sized and the basement bathroom is HUGE! To our pleasant surprise.....Gulia and Elena ensured that there were ensured that there were gluten free breads, biscuits, jam and even lactose free milk in the apartment even though breakfast wasn't included! Really appreciate the gesture and the warm welcome! Thank you!
