"Every person at this property was exceptionally friendly and helpful (Quinten in the bar and Remi as one of the drivers were both great). The extra little touches helped to make for a wonderful stay - the breakfast was great, the shuttle to and from the lifts, the ski storage, the hot tub and sauna and even the attached night club ( Thu-Sat only)! The property is convenient located to shops, restaurants, bars, market and everything that you need for a perfect stay. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful property perfectly located at the edge of Vevey overlooking Lac Leman. The food (both restaurant and room service) were great. Breakfast with many choices - in room or in the dining room. The room was excellent. Perfect view over the Lake. Air conditioning that worked well. Spacious and well appointed. The service was amazing. Yulia (might have spelled incorrectly) was so helpful upon my check in. I had a guide cancel last minute and she immediately...

"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "
