"Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

The lockers whoch are available for place your belongings in prior to check in are spacious and easy to use. Whilst you have to pay for these they are not overly priced, very secure and easy to use. The vending machines for food, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) are great although a little on the pricey side. The area to eat and drink is very clean and comfortable and they offer a free...
