Staff friendly. Continental breakfast with omelette included. Clean place. Ostria restaurant downstairs tasty as well. "

"I visited for a short weekend stay with my family for a concert. Congress Plaza was accommodating and easy to check in! It’s a vintage hotel that is very well kept in a perfect location directly across from grant park! If you can appreciate a classic hotel you will love this place! We stayed in the two bedroom family suite and it was pretty big with three huge closets and refrigerators in both rooms. Transportation is easily accessible at the front door for pick up and drop off. There are plenty dining options in walking distance. I recommend The Grant down the street for dinner :) Security is at each entry at night so rest assured I felt safe. Great stay! Will visit again"

"Our trip was amazing, all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kia is amazing! She helped me with some card issues I was having, I told her I was excited to be celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday and she sounded genuinely excited we chose swissotel to celebrate our The Weeknd extravaganza! We were going there to visit soldier field to see The Weeknd perform, and she let us know she’d leave a little birthday amenity for my daughter! Which was an amazing surprise! She was a godsend and I appreciated her so much! The concierge at check in were very sweet, and efficient! Another gentleman recommended a sweet little spot across from millennium park to check out, it was the old library, he was not wrong it was absolutely gorgeous! It was a weekend my family will not forget! Definitely worth the drive and we would definitely stay again! It’s also a fairly short distance from the pier and the bean! I wish we had more time so we could have done the architecture boat tour! Little farther away from Willis tower than I expected, but still not far at all! "
