"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and it’s a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, £25 for the night. "Fabulous hotel in the middle of Ambleside.
Staff were all amazing ... fantastic customer service from everyone we encountered. Room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean and quiet. Plenty of free parking available on site. Public areas were expansive, relaxing and once again very well presented.
We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip for a longer period. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to all."
