Unless you plan to stay awake until 4 in the morning every day, DO NOT stay here. There is obnoxiously loud bass music coming from multiple bars/clubs right around the vacinity, including a club that this hotel owns right above (the manager states that they have no relation, but it’s called the same name, no idea how not related). Other than that dealbreaking factor, you get what you pay for. Minimal amenities for a cheap price. Nice location to go to the beach or hiking. I’d recommend staying further away from the town square

It is very noisy with a nightclub upstairs. Sleep in the day and early evening. Great location near the church and plaza. Nice fellow guests. No windows! But clean 😊

2/10 Poor

The room was not as shown in the listing. Not even on the hotel property. Very deceiving and completely different than the photos, Unit was offsite not part of the listed hotel. One photo was extremely edited and an angle was used to make unit look better. We did not stay in the room due to safety issues. Window did not close and could be access thru street level. Also construction was happening next door. There was no wall or fence between this studio and the property next door. Overall horrible experience. We are eating the studio unit giving to us. The hotel we have no idea what it looks like or it’s amenities since we were not able to stay in the property described in the listing.

2/10 Poor

Firstly, Expedia needs to indicate that this property owns the nightclub above it making for an impossible nights sleep. This tidbit was only mentioned by the hotel after booking… it’s criminal, really since they have a no refund policy. The rooms were tiny and smelled of mold. No windows or ventilation. The noise from the club upstairs was unbearable and the rooms closest to reception had walls that were paper thin.

The staff were such amazing, and sweet people. The town is right there and it’s such a central location. Such a peaceful area , and great pool. Will be going back to this hotel everytime I come to sayulita.

The reception and cleaning people are wonderful, lovely people. It’s a cute place with smaller rooms and quaint courtyard, but the hotel also owns the night club above. My TV was rattling due to the heavy base from the club above. Music goes until 3:30 am … you can literally Shazam songs from your bed at 3:15 am. Unless you are coming to party Thursday to Sunday. I wouldn’t recommend. Hard to vacation on 4 hours sleep.

Wonderful centrally located hotel. Great for short trips. My niece and I stayed one night. Be aware this is a very loud area. This was not a concern for us but if you are looking for a quiet area, don’t stay here. I can’t wait to visit again.

2/10 Poor

I had high hopes for this property as I’ve spent much time in Sayulita. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The VERY loud thumping “music” goes on until 3:00 AM. Earplugs don’t even help! I’ve never experienced anything like it! DONOT stay here unless you’re out until all hours and don’t care about sleep. There was No ONE around once I was check in.. ran out of toilet paper with no extra in sight.. was lectured at check in about not getting the towels too dirty.. it goes on and on. I was booked to stay 7 nights and left after 3 nights. Forfeiting my 4 nights lodging because they would not refund me. Terrible experience… I do not recommend this place and I’ve never left a bad review.

It's unbearably loud at night. Like sleeping inside of a nightclub with pounding music & noise until 3am. The room windows don't open, no beach towels are provided. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. It was so awful I begged to check out early but the owner refused to refund me.

Excellent service, very nice clean rooms, perfect location to restaurants, bars, and main beach. Since our arrival, Aracely the manager, and Maribel made sure to make us feel like at home. Thank you

This hotel is beautiful. Yes, there is a club above but we knew this before booking, we had ear plugs and we were fine. Cute pool area, with table and chairs for eating or just hanging out. You are in the center of everything. 2 min walk to the beach and 100's of places to eat. I dont have enough words to say about Ara, the manager of the hotel. She was amazing. Super accommodating, kind and just super genuine. I reccomend this boutique hotel to anyone staying from 1 night or 2 weeks (like my husband and I did) We loved everything about this hotel and Sayulita.

The staff was helpful, kind, and professional. The hotel is gorgeous—the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s clean and comfortable. The pool is heated and the outdoor shower is caliente. The location is perfect for nightlife, beach activities, dining, and shopping. I felt safe and secure. Anna helped me book a trip to the Isla Marieta. I will stay here again.

8/10 Very good

The property is beautiful! Super clean and our room smelled really nice. Simple room with a little mini fridge. There was water in the lobby and a little coffee maker if you choose to make tea or coffee. The only thing that was a little bothersome is the noise on the weekend from the bar next door. If you go out late at night, it shouldnt be an issue for you, but if you prefer a quiet stay I would consider carefully!

The space itself was wonderful. It's located in the heart of Sayulita and it's right off the main plaza. Everything was within a 15 minute walk. Being on the main plaza though it can be LOUD. For those with kids, you may want something a bit quieter but the staff was great.

Great Boutique Hotel To Stay At In Paradise !!
Amazing spot parking is the only issue but not a big deal for this spot. In the middle of everything so it’s easy access to all the restaurants and beach is really close so definitely a must stay at spot I will definitely stay here again.

Amaia is like a little oasis in the heart of Sayulita's town. Perfect for our mom daughter trip to be able to dip in and out of the action, bars, and restaurants. The staff is so friendly. I'd like to go back and rent all the rooms amongst friends.

Good place, BUT..
Everything was pretty good about this place, the Only thing for me was that the night club next door didnt let us sleep untill like 2AM when the night club finally closed. But besides that everything else was good. Oh and theres no TV, not a problem for me i dont watch TV but if u do want a tv, at least my room didnt have one lol.
