Amazing property! Great deals with excellent service from all staff. The wild life was also beautiful but a bit much with the outside dining. La hacienda was the best buffet and room service was the BEST food we had. Beautiful room and views I’d stay here again!

Property itself was very nice and was very kid friendly. The Family Selection area was nice. Food was a 6-7 out of 10 but in line with expectations of an all inclusive resort. Beach was clean and mostly private with only a few people approaching to try to sell things.

Was not very happy as i paid to stay specifically in Kantenah Resort but was moved to white sand villas because they overbooked Kantenah Resort. White sand is much older rooms with very uncomfortable and worn out beds. Prior to leaving, there was a leak from washroom ceiling. Also, we experienced blackout for a few seconds everyday.

They advertise a snack/deli bar and a cafe/coffee shop but they do not have that. Limited food only during certain hours. We got there and had no where to get food because they were all closed. We thought we would go to the deli/snack bar or cafe/coffee shop to get something but they didn’t even have that!

The animals around the beautiful property offer amazing views. However, there is room for improvement in the services. The restaurants are not top-notch, although the buffet was satisfying. Services are lacking in the pool and on the beaches. Maybe FS guests receive better treatment, but regular guests do not. The overall experience is subpar.

Beautiful facilities. I had a few inconveniences with the cleanliness of the room upon my arrival. This would be my biggest complaint. Some nights the outside noise in the hallways could be heard inside the room, which means they aren’t all that soundproof. However, I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were pleasingly decorated. Lovely and accesible staff all around the resort. Some buffets and restaurants could do upgrades, but overall delicious meals and food. Pools were great. Beach on the resort was beautiful with cristal clear waters, white sand and no sargassum.

Horrible service and tasteless food! There is only one buffet for the Kantenah and Colonial and is always overcrowded with big waiting lines. No variety of food at all!
Some of the staff have attitude when ask for something! Only one towel booth that 2 days in a row had no towels and had to wait 1hr for a truck to bring them in!
Housekeeping is terrible, always missing something and left our room without been cleaned with no towells for two days!
Don't ruin your vacation and go spend your money somewhere else, this is a NOT a 5stars resort, maybe used to be and not sure if they are under new management but talk to so ma y people that been here few years ago and said it used to be good, unfortunately, no any longer!
We’ve been to many different resorts along the Riviera Maya and never had such a bad experience with any resorts so far!
Don't fall on the positive reviews, not sure how they got so many stars but apparently are not from people with good service expectations.

Would have given a 5 star but due to the fact for the last 3 days we’ve been going back and forth about misleading room details.. the listing claimed the room had two bedrooms but upon arrival I didn’t, one of the Hotel Managers in the Family Selection said it was suppose to be for the new Villas which was advertised too soon. Expedia said they tried to contact but no answer so we didn’t enjoy this, the food wasn’t that great either but the resort and accommodations were really great. Make sure you verify the particular room your interested in prior to booking is all I will say if not you will be out of luck trying to get a resolution.

This is our second time visiting the Grand Palladium. We stayed at Colonial 10 years ago with our family. We stayed at Kantenah this time. The Kantenah resort has been recently renovated. We love the spacious and modern rooms at Kantenah. We spent many hours hanging out at the Black and White Junior club. We love the staffs who worked hard to keep the resort clean, made us felt welcome, and went out of their way to help us enjoy our vacation. However, there were a few changes we noticed that made our vacation less ideal. Our children wanted to come back to the Grand Palladium because of the salt water pool. However, only adults are allowed in the salt water pool. They went to the out door gym but the weather was in the 90s so they left soon after. They tried to go to the in door gym but was told that only adults are allowed. The water in the swimming pool was warm so the kids did not stay long. The entertainment activities were also inconsistent. We went to see the fire show scheduled for 8pm at the beach but there was no show as we waited and left at 9:30pm. The food at the La Hacienda buffet was good. However, the food at the restaurants were not good or authentic. We booked Poseidon two nights and both were cancelled. The air conditioner broke down in both Colonial and Kantenah resort the last 3 nights of our stay yet there was no notification from the hotel staff. We left the resort feeling disappointed this time.
