The stay was amazing. The hotel was amazing. It would have been a perfect vacation however, we love spa treatments. This booking was advertised as having a $150 spa credit. I communicated with the hotel prior to the trip about the credit, and booked a treatment. As I was checking out, they would not give me the credit. They said I couldn’t use my credit because the spa package I booked was a “special” which wouldn’t allow me the use the credit.

We visited this property for our anniversary! The property was amazing, the staff were wonderful, and the spa treatments were worth the money. Also, the food at Muna restaurant was some of the best we experienced. The property is located in a remote area without a lot to do so if you are not looking for total relaxation this would be the only thing I could see as a downfall. We actually enjoyed our stay so much that we purchased vacation weeks at the NOBU Residences.

Some highlights were: Esperanza at the Spa, my personal concierge Cesar who helped me book reservations and all the kind people at the front desk who even helped me to take photos. This is a place I would gladly visit again. You will spend some money for sure, but, to me for the quality of the food, scenic atmosphere and wonderful service it is WORTH IT. I am so glad I went!
