A great place to stay
Overall we had a good stay We were returning guests and knew that hotel would suit our needs Near royal Albert hall and so accessible from heathrow Some great restaurants nearby We booked room only as full buffet breakfast is too much Yes rooms are on small side but perfect for our needs and shower is fantastic Our only issue was the air conditioning The room was always too hot even with air con on max!and found it very hard to sleep We had no option but to leave window open so it was noisy at night We were in room 404 We really like the hotel and staff are lovely but please sort out the air conditioning

Tired needs upgrading to get anywhere near 5 star
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It needs an upgrade it’s tired. Had to be moved as heating not working in the room . Staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast not 5 star, only sausage egg and bacon hot and all help yourself breakfast. Bread and pastry’s nice and freshly made . Overall more a 3 star

6/10 Good

Friendly staff
The room was a bit noisy - 109 - between floors and there was a whirring sound that came and went. The staff were very friendly and it was clean. Sadly the internet was not good enough for a work zoom I had but I would stay again - just not in that room

An overnight stay
There was no obvious sign outside the hotel that identified it as the Exhibitionist hotel - If it hadn’t have been for my iPhone maps I wouldn’t have known. On first impression I wasn’t impressed with the lobby but my check in went smoothly. The lift is very compact, however my room (108) was lovely - it was a superior double with a balcony, and it was nicely decorated and very comfortable with a king size bed and modern bathroom with heated a floor, bath and large shower room. The taps by the sink unit would benefit from some calcium removal and the wardrobe would benefit from an air freshener but apartment from that the room was super. On entering the room there were immediately several steps to descend down to the living area - which could be an accessibility issue for non-mobile people and I don’t recall being made aware of that when booking the room. I really enjoyed the breakfast - the bacon was cooked just how I like it.

Soundþroofing needed
Everything was good: service, rooms, breakfast, parking. Only downside is that the rooms are not soundproofed. There was a loud party near to our room until at least 4am. The constant thumping of the bass spoit what should have been a very comfortable night.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
The staff and facilities at the hotel were great. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a bath. My only criticisms would be that there is nowhere within the room with decent light to put make up on and the sockets beside the bed do not allow you to insert a plug which was a bit strange.

Nice place but pack light!
We were only there one night and the location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and they had a two for one happy hour which was nice. My only negatives were the room was really tight if you have any amount of luggage and the bathroom had horrible lighting above the sink and mirror.
