It was okay. When i booked the room it said all inclusive to find out you have to stay a minimum of 3 nights for all inclusive. Was a little disappointed that we had an extra cost. I would of stayed somewhere else that was more affordable if I had known. Also the only had one restaurant and the food wasnt great.
Very clean they follow all safety measures. Food was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was great
Horrible hospitality by staff. The entrance is grand and the expensive rooms are nice, however, the rest of the rooms are terrible and old looking. Staff treated us rude after I refused to purchase a timeshare. It was expense after expense here and I would definitely not return.
Very disappointed we were there two years ago and in June of 2020 and we had a completely different experience, the workers are wonderful Sergio, Sebastian, Andres and many of the servers and entertainment staff had excellent service, how ever the hotel it’s self had no choices for restaurant a lousy buffet every day we had a seven day stay and only one day we received a specialty restaurant which was okay the rest buffet frozen food we traveled with six family members. We did not expect buffet food day and night I felt like we ate school cafeteria food every day. The only place we actually enjoyed to eat was the snack bar imagen that a snack bar. All I can say is that was our last visit to paradise village.
Excellent hotel.Clean rooms.Nice people.Wonderful service. Beach with shallow water and therefore good for kids. Nice swimming pools with water slides. Will definelely stay here again.
The property was beautiful very kind people who work there.
The exotic animals were great to see. The staff was awesome
Rude in the reception at check inn almost 1 hour because could not find myy booking the. Charged me for the room next day had to go back tonget the refund and one more hour
It's an all inclusive resort. You can be there for a week and be able to have activities every day. The part I didn't like was the check out process. I was used to drop off the key cards and go. Since it was in Mexico, I called front desk to confirm and the lady said yes. When I got to the security, they asked me to go back to front desk to check out. I was late and it was frustrating. They gave us plastic wristband for accessing the hotels (or key cards). When I checked in, they said we needed to return the key cards or be charged. They never mentioned about the wristband. Half way through our stay my son didn't like the wristband band so he ripped it off and threw away. When I checked out, they said the wristband was $20 USD. I was so mad but I had to go because I was late to my flight. Why on Earth do you want a one time use wristband back? I returned mine which was ripped. It was just ridiculous.
We've been to this resort 4 years in a row and really enjoy it. We really liked staying in Koba tower. We learned about the hot tub by the water, and what a great view! It's a quick trip to the airport for an uber or taxi or bus ride and very safe. The fiesta night is great, and the western night would be my preferences. We go to nearby restaurants for dinner as we prefer them over the resort.
