Conveniently located on the edge of Pacifica near the highway, it is only 12 min to SFO airport, 15-20 min San Francisco (Dolores Park, the Mission, Twin Peaks, Sunset), and less than 10 minutes to San Bruno and Daly City.



Within 30 minutes of Half Moon Bay, Marin, Mountain View, and Palo Alto. Wine country within 1 hour.



Or head 5 min down the hill into Pacifica to see the small surf town and enjoy local beaches!

The space is over 1500 sq ft with large panoramic windows stretching between the dining room and sizable living room that look out to the Pacific Ocean. The living room has a 65” LG smart tv and the house is hooked up with WiFi 6 mesh routers to provide a reliable connection throughout the house to 1 gig internet from AT&T. Openable skylights in the kitchen and common bathroom provide extra light and airflow (they both have screens to keep out bugs). The master bedroom and it’s en-suite bathroom both have partial views of the ocean. It also shares a porch with the second bedroom.



Directly across the street there is one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean you’ll find on the peninsula. Walk up to the cliff’s edge to look over the lush cliffs down to the streets of Pacifica and out to the ocean. On a clear day, you can see the Farallon Islands. And occasionally, you may get to see the whales that are so well-known to this region of the Pacific! Regardless, you can regularly see amazing sunsets over the water!
