Didn’t stay the night, booked last minute whilst stranded in London whilst trains not running. As I booked this quickly I read the name as Roxy and thought it was part of a chain, and the pictures looked nothing like the reality. on arrival the room was not ready, codes on all doors that didn’t feel secure, was lead to a room with a dirty plate on the side, paint scraped on walls a fold up chair that felt like a dirty teenagers room. Lots of voices outside the room, I sat on the low bed for a second felt springs. Grabbed my bags looked for someone (no one there) and left. I have never felt unsafe and uncomfortable in my many years of travelling I couldn’t physically stop there. Paid less for a night in a Radisson (same night) where I felt safe, waiting on hotels.com to offer assistance having booked thousands of night with them over the years and never booking through them and not feeling safe or protected
