We had a very nice stay. Everything I would expect from Doubletree Hilton. Very clean and tidy, the staff were extremely helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast team were smiley, chatty and happy to help. Thank you to all and we would stay again.

The hotel itself, the location, and the staff are all great. Though the tub was not a clean as you may expect, it did not affect our stay. Thanks for having us :)

First room was stifling and the air con made no difference. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating and moved us to a different room which was fine. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Stayed here several times, never disappoints. Room was great, and perfect for my solo 1 night stay. Staff were very helpful at checkin and in the bar. Easy to park even though the health club seems busy. Best hotel in the Chester area.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, nice food in the restaurant. The problem was the AC was awful on our stay, on one of the hottest nights of the year so not comfortable at all and the primary reason for choosing it! All I ever want from a hotel when travelling with work is a comfy bed, decent shower and AC/Climate controls, but this hotel fell flat on the last point. Its likely a one off but still, it definitely ruined the stay for me and meant the day after was a lot longer than it needed to be onsite!
