My first stay at the Indigo - Chester. Staff on arrival very friendly and helpful. It was my wife's 60th birthday the room they provide was excellent and even gave us a complimentary drink at the bar. The hotel and room was very clean and I would recommend this hotel to stay in.

Fabulous from start to finish, room was ready so we got an early check in. Lovely breakfast made to order but the stars were the staff, without exception everyone was welcoming and keen to help, I’ve never observed such amazing teamwork. Hotel is ideally situated for the station and a short walk into town. Would recommend.

The property was fairly new and well maintained. Close to most dining options and in a very walkable neighborhood.

6/10 Good

Disappointed due to the room having conjoining doors to the next room, didn’t feel private. Could hear other guests talking and walking past the door, which made us feel uncomfortable when settling down to sleep. However, with earplugs and eye masks we managed okay. Hotel had a lovely aesthetic and decor throughout. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great.

Very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to all the main sights in Chester. Validated parking (£12 per day) is about 8 min walk away, you’ll walk by an ancient Roman amphitheater and a beautiful church. Breakfast is tasty with good variety. Concierge very helpful. Would recommend!

Clean well laid out and comfortable room. Good sized fridge, lots of well placed sockets and a large bathroom made it an easy stay. We found easy parking nearby in public car parks. Helpful staff and we would stay there again.
