What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by allowing us to access our room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference to our day and gave us plenty of time to get ready for the races without feeling rushed. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the outstanding service that made our visit memorable. We would highly recommend Oddfellows Chester and will definitely stay again when we’re next visiting Chester.

Great stay with Oddfellows, stayed in the apartment which is 5min down the road and turn left pass the Crosskey pub on the corner right to the end where there is a place with ‘Oddfellows’ on it, it came with parking aswell in the courtyard which was great! Very central but quiet enough at night by the apartment which was ideal, would definitely stay again.
