Excellent friendly welcome from lovely staff at reception. Room clean, functional and well equipped. Short 10 min walk to atrium of NEC for xmas party. Very reasonably priced, would stay again!

Wont stay again
Came to stay as had early flight we got no sleep as the room was so hot. Air conditioning was not working. It was so uncomfortable. It made me feel ill it was so hot. Left at 4am went to reception who told is they had new system in and hard to use. I asked for someone to contact me no one has. Ruined my first day of my short work break as soo tirex Bed was hard. Only 1 pillow

It was good, convenient for NEC. Staff were kind. Breakfast was normal, kids could eat free. Only complain if I want to be picky taht for 4 of us we only had 3 big towels and there was no toilet brush which I never get. Other than that it was okay.
