Impecable restrooms and includes cleaning services every two days from 3:30pm to 5:00pm!. It has an awesome pool at the club house.

a) Clean up all the 3 the rooms and the restrooms.

b) Change your linens and sheets.

c) Wash the dishes

d) Cleans the kitchen

e) Change fresh towels

f) Take out the trash

g) Laundry services

1. How far is the nearest beach?

R. Just 10 minutes away. The beach is called Club de Playa of Nuevo Vallarta FIBBA. The house is right in the middle of the bay, so you will have access to the greatest beaches in the Banderas Bay: a) Mismaloya a 45min, Puerto Vallarta 30min, Bucerías a 15 min, Sayulita 35min, etc.



2. Is there a pool available in the facilities?

YES!. And it´s awesome!.



Public transportation is available at a walking distance from the house. Taxis and Bus Stops. Both very cheap. We also have UBER in town.



Esta estrictamente prohibido y es causante de multa inmediata.

1. Pasear o tener a su mascota en área verdes y casa club.

2. Tirar excremento en botes de basura que se encuentran en casa club y áreas verdes.

3. Explotar pirotecnia dentro del condominio o dentro de sus viviendas.

4. Prohibido hacer eventos con mas de 10 personas sin previo aviso a la administración,

esta debe ser 1 semana antes de su evento y cumplir con los procedimientos

correspondientes.

5. El mal manejo del inmueble de casa club (no subirse arriba de sillones ni sillas)

6. Prohibido las peleas entre vecinos (golpes).

7. Utilizar la Casa club y no dejarla tal cual se les entrego, es necesario dejar limpio en

caso de utilizar área de Asador y barra.
