Very good location and walkable to downtown Newcastle and also nice restaurants in Jesmond. The kitchen was functional and good for having breakfast in.

Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms.

We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent.

Cleanliness was great and the apartment was spacious and warm. The shower in the front bedroom en suite needs maintenance as the water came out of the pipe and not the shower head! It wasn’t such an issue as there was another shower in the apartment. Overall a great stay very near to the university which we were visiting.

Spacious Reasonably Priced Jesmond Location
We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there was more car parking spaces available. However, the there were alternatives and overall a great stay at a really reasonable price.

Staying in Newcastle for daughter's graduation
Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped with kitchen items including microwave, oven, fridge-freezer. Proper iron and ironing board came in useful. Plenty of hot water. Slight downside was lack of parking (only 5 spaces for all the apartments) and street parking was full due to NUFC home game. Found a pay and display nearby though.
