Fantastic stay and Extremely helpful hosts. Really great location, close to the centre and you can even see the leaning tower from the shared living room! Very friendly and superb place. Thanks a lot for letting us stay! We will be back soon

Fantastic modern / brand new room with lovely comfortable bed, great bathroom and lots of space. Smart TV was appreciated too after a long week of travelling and we wanted to chill out. I booked Mediceo 42 thinking it was a hotel so I was a bit surprised to find out it was essentially an apartment that is shared between different people who have booked the spaces - this could have been a bit clearer on the listings page. The individual bedrooms have locks, but there's no reception / lobby etc and you can hear the comings and goings of the other people booked in the apartment, as well as sharing the kitchen with anybody else staying. We got lucky that nobody was overly noisy but you could hear conversations in the other rooms. It would be great for 3x couples to book the whole place. Great communication from the hosts who were flexible about check in and out time. Also fantastic location too being right in the middle of everything / not far from the airport or train station.

very comfortable and central. i booked this as i thought it was a hotel . apartment is lovely and modern and very clean and comfortable . only thing i did not like is that it has 3 rooms off a living room all of which are rented out seperately so you are sharing with other people.

Only a short walk from the train station (10-15 minutes) and in a great location with many bars and restaurants close by. Clean and modern room. Perfect for a short stay in Pisa.

Fantastic room, clean, new and all the creature comforts you could need. But please take note, the kitchen facilities are shared between 3 rooms. There is little in the way of noise reduction, so any comings and goings within the shared apartment can be hears (at whatever time of night). Also inter-rooms could do with some insulation, as I could hear the next room's snoring rather loundly!

Excellent location. Short easy walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Excellent amenities. Loved the communal kitchen area.

Mediceo 42 is very well located. Walking distance to every spot in Pisa that you might want to visit. Nearby lots of nice restaurants and bars. The place itself was very clean and spacious. In the room we found space for our belongings (so many hangers available! :) ); in the kitchen free water/coffee available- very good customer service! Would definitely come back!
