"Beautiful, new hotel with 5 star amenities. Very clean, comfortable bedding, blackout blinds, very large bath, fabulous pool and kid play area - very good hotel. Only downside was the dining options are exceptionally expensive and there is not much around the immediate area - but you can catch the train 1 stop away for plenty of options."

"Really great hotel. Facility is very new and elegant. What you expect to see in a 4.5/5 star hotel. What I liked the most are: room was very quiet can't hear any noise from neighbors. Also very roomy I think around 300 sqft I am surprised to find in a place like Hong Kong. The shower is like a waterfall which is another thing dor me to rate a hotel as great. All the staff were very professional and friendly as well. Kitty at the front desk gave us a lot of tips for travellers despite it was super late when we arrive. We don't speak Cantonese (only Mandarin and English) yet everyone we interacted (front desk, bell boy, housekeeping) tried hard to communicate effectively with us and never shy away (or ignore us) I would definitely 200 percent recommend this place to everyone I know."

"The staff and service at Dorsett was what stood out for us. We landed early and Dorsett was able to store our luggage. Since the hotel was within walking distance to Time Square, we were able to spend a few hours in the area and had a great time. The hotel shuttle staff was so friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to the MTR especially on the hot summer days in HK. Additionally, they gave us instructions on how to take local bus/subways to the destination we want. Lastly, we loved the self-laundry service - easy to use and very convenient. We've been travelling for over 10 days and having a hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg on laundry was great."

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hong Kong, and would consider staying here again next time in Hong Kong."
