"We were impressef with the hotel from the minute we stepped in. Frahana at reception was friendly and also offered tips on sightseeing. We told her we were checking out at 4am and no time for breakfast. She was kind to organise a packed breakfast for us. Our room was large and spacious and Hafizullah and Rahul cleaned our room and it looked clean. They even got the bed ready at night. Suiab at the resturant made time each day to chat and check how our day went with sightseeing. This made us feel like family and cared for. We enjoyed the range of foods at the breakfast buffet. The entire hotel staff were friendly and super efficient. It was handy having the hotel attached to the Pavillion mall to have meals. Will definitely stay there again if in Malaysia."
