"Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs.
Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean. "
"Pleasant three- or four-storey guesthouse (to call it a hotel would be stretching it) on the steep hillside just a stone’s throw from Kutaisi’s Bagrati Cathedral. The location is both a blessing and a bit of a curse – the main market, bridges, central park and all the city-centre amenities are just 10–15 minutes’ walk away, but getting up to the hotel means a climb of more than 100 steps (or you can use the winding road).
Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, but nothing to shout about. There’s Wi-Fi, but this is one of those setups where the signal disappears unless you are close to your room’s door. The breakfast spread (from 9am, although you can request an earlier start) is small but quite satisfying, and includes a yummy pilau rice plus boiled eggs and mini pancakes. English-speaking staff are scarce and indeed the place seems to be run by a skeleton crew, but you can sometimes get useful advice and they can arrange taxis. I could contemplate staying here again if I ever returned to Kutaisi, although I suspect you can do better if you shop around hard."
"Está bien, el desayuno está bueno y el personal es agradable.
Las habitaciones podrían ser reformadas ya que se escucha todo y las camas no son muy cómodas."
"We had a one night stay we had early flight next morning. The hotel and our room was immaculate and extremely clean and relaxing.
All staff were very professional, helpful and polite.
We had a fabulous Latte made by David.First class coffee, which is hard to find someone who knows how to make proper coffees.David was extremely friendly and polite.A credit to the hotel.
We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Kutaisi. We will definitely return."
"The Grand Opera Hotel was perfectly situated in Kutaisi, close to all the main attractions and lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kutaisi."
