Very comfortable bed, good shower, excellent breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Nice building. Uinfortunately restaurant wasnt open for evening meals and bar was too full from a private party to dine there. But overall grand for our overnight stay.

The hotel initially feels a bit institutional, but the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The decor could be better, but that is just a personal taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful - it’s a good place to stay when visiting this part of the Midlands.

Staff were absolutely amazing. I stayed here 10th-12th April as my daughter was in a local hospital. Rachel in particular needs a special mention… she was so understanding and compassionate. Rooms are a little tired and could need a facelift.
