This seems to be a student residence, with some rooms rented as a hotel. It had potential, but it was impossible to get past the smell. The shower appeared to be rotted out behind the tiles, with mildew seeping out everywhere, and the whole room had a light aroma of rot. The mattress was pretty bad--it felt like it was encased in a cardboard cover. Maybe without those two problems it wouldn't be terrible (and maybe the mildew won't be there in other rooms), although still not worth what I paid.
