Amazing hotel. The manageress was incredible. She was alerted to the fact I was upset by a personal situation that happened to me & made it very clear she was there if I needed her for anything - made me feel very safe

It was excellent. The property is brand-new feeling, very clean, and well maintained throughout. The location is ideal: steps away from the Dix30 shopping and dining village, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy walking distance. By car, downtown Montreal is only about 15–20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure. Staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommended.

The suite was perfect for our needs. The balcony was a lovely additional feature.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would hope to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay, right on the Riverfront. Fantastic place to see the Tidal Bore from the 2nd Floor balcony. Irishtown Park walks were also very good and only a short drive away. Would highly recommend. Breakfasts were good.

Booked only one night. But wished we had stayed longer. Had stayed at a poor Inn in Smiths Cove Nova Scotia the previous 3 nights and were really pleased with our stay at the Chateau St John. What a difference. Breakfast was great albeit a bit canteen like but was of no concern for us. The food and choice were good. Staff were really helpful and we actually felt like a guest. Excellent. Thank you. Would highly recommend it as a convenient place to stay. Appeared well managed with staff who took...
