It was very good choice, quick check in at midnight. Only little thing somebody had smoke in the room, inside the room was little pit smoke smell. Very good breakfast

The breakfast was not great as it lacked bacon or sausages and the coffee and juice was watered down. The staff was excellent. I got the wrong room ( double beds instead of the queen we had reserved ) but understandable as I arrived at 1:30 am. Im positived they would have changed that night but we were to tired. Hotel manager saved the day. Expedia advertised and booked us into a Hotel under renevation (closed). You can not phone Expedia or talk to someone. All computer generated chats with virtual agents. Will not book through them ever again. Rather use bookings .com.

We have stayed in several hotels in the area. This one is by far our favorite. Very clean, decent breakfast, nice pool and lobby. All the elevators worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here. This will be our new place to stay when we’re staying in central Cancun.
