Wonderful place - very clean, friendly, great food. Beautiful beach, the sand is like flour. Beach does get busy but Privilege Aluxes has its own private seating on the beach which is very nice. The servers on the beach are awesome!

The manager Jesus moved us to a better room on the drop of a dime he’s an assist to this hotel staff . Head up don’t stay in building number one they do laundry all day and night and the whole building shakes it’s very annoying. If you wanna a great waiter ask for Ricardo he’s the best .

Nice adults only place to stay. Food for the all inclusive was not worth it in our opinion. Very limited and menu options were very few. Same thing every day and night. Majority of the staff were great! Too strict on check-in! They don’t even allow you to check in 10 minutes before. They were making you return to the desk 10 minutes later to get your room keys. Can’t get room keys until exactly 3pm or later. Seating area for the pool was way too small. The spa was absolutely wonderful! Best and cheapest massage I have ever had!! Bernice was the best!!

Rooms are lovely! Beach and location are great! Love the pools!! Waitstaff was less than mediocre other than Eduardo! Slow time of year for hotel so expected better service. Since it was slower, buffets were only for breakfast. Food was mediocre, 3 of the 6 of us were nauseous and sick after a lunch and dinner there. Not sure if it was a virus or the food.

A few hiccups Gave us lesser rooms upon arrival. Wanted an extra $3,000 to upgrade to extra nice rooms. We just wanted the rooms we paid for. They moved us on second day after we spent an hour arguing at desk. Everyone else got champagne but us. I guess they were mad we didn’t spend an extra $3,000. Our reservation at their restaurant our first night was nonexistent. That created a problem for the dining room manager who was angry with us. He eventually chewed out the front desk. A/C didn’t work in gym.

I highly recommend! I was hesitant to book because I noticed you may have to cross a street to get to the beach club, but it is just a small path for golf carts that rarely has anyone on it. The beach club is private and is truly amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. We did the all including option and it was amazing! The food was the best I’ve had at any all inclusive and the drinks were amazing. They were not stingy with the alcohol. 10/10!!! The service was also great and the rooms had a private jacuzzi on the balcony which was amazing. I will be going back!!
