An excellent hotel. Friendly, attentive, caring, and professional staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of food choices. Several other excellent restaurants are also on site.The spa employees were excellent and very professional. A convenient place to stay if you want to be picked up for your sightseeing tours. Right next to the excellent Maya museum and the San Miguelito archeological site. Access to miles of breathtaking beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Overall an excellent place to stay and relax.

I have been all around the resorts in cancun for many years and so far this is one of the most disappointing resorts Ive stayed at. The resort itself is okay, not a lot of place to sit with shade & if its windy they dont want the umbrellas to be opened. Ive read a few bad reviews on this resort and im not one to believe until i experience it myself. We stayed 3 nights 4 days & everyday for breakfast there wasn’t much meat selection just the nasty turkey sausage & recycled stews from dinner buffet the night before. We had to ask the servers for bacon & they would give small amounts. Youre better off ordering room service and paying the 5 dollars fee. During dinners you cant ask them for more than 1 dish on restaurants which i thought it was all inclusive ive never had this issue with other resorts which i get it people waste food all the time but some of the dishes weren’t edible. The food overall was so bland and the most devastating part was their tacos, it was so horrible i was expecting it to be atleast seasoned. The only thing good about this resort is the mango margarita with chamoy and tajin rim.
