Me and my friend both got sick at this property from their food or drinks. I’ve been to Mexico abt 15 times and have never gotten sick until this trip to this resort. Also. Don’t use Mexico travel solutions for airport transportation. They never showed up to bring us back to airport and they are refusing refund

Very clean, elegant, nice bars, excellent restaurants and food options. We never had a bad meal, no matter the time of day. Staff was very kind and accommodating. When staying here, one should be prepared to tip whether in American or pesos. Other currencies are available through the exchange in the lobby. I have never been to a resort with this type of all around top service. The bartenders are top touch. It is very humid so be prepared for that. Great entertainment also. Breakfast and lunch has the best, freshly prepared food ive ever seen. The beaches and views are world class.
