We had booked to stay in the altitude tower. When we arrived, we were told that the altitude tower was closed due to lack of AC. The tower has been closed for three days and the hotel did not notify us ahead of time that we would not be able to stay in the altitude tower, which we had paid extra money For those amenities. They offered us another room which we previewed and it was very hot smelled bad and was very dirty. They gave us another room which they said was an upgrade and it did not even have any lamps in it, The AC was also not working in this part of the hotel. When we went to speak with the management about it, they lied and said that the AC was working and that it would be cooler in a little while. We spent one night with the windows open, and the air conditioner was never working. when we went to check out the next morning, the dayshift told us that the AC in that part of the hotel had also been out for three days and probably would not be working for another four or five days since they did not know what was wrong with it. Expedia should not book anyone at this hotel due to the condition of the non-upgraded rooms, the staff who do not tell the truth to the customers, and the fact that they did not notify us ahead of time that the AC was not working in the resort.
