We originally booked at an all inclusive resort where things went bad quick. We found this location and needed (3) rooms for our family. We were able to get (3) ocean view rooms to save our trip. This was my family’s first time booking just a room. Our room was clean and ac worked well. Ocean view was perfect. Our window was cracked so we just made sure we didn’t touch it. Bathroom is a tad unkept but nothing bad. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Restaurants on location are good. Just wish the sports restaurant had stronger AC. The spa is nice. Maria did my massage and she was amazing. All spa staff were nice. Manuel at the swim up bar was great, drinks are delicious and not watered down like at all inclusive. Would definitely go back. Felt safer having a gateman there so limited property to just guests.
