We were settled in room 2120, water began to flow out of the wall in the room, we thought it was after cleaning, but the water began to flow out more and more. We spent little time in the room, only at night. One morning we saw water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. There are a lot of small insects and mosquitoes in the room. We turned to the staff and they moved us to another room.

What I liked was the beach and the staff ongoing cleaning the food was a 6 What I didn’t like was the quality of the bed the poor cable and internet reception the poor ac system and the staff by the bar pool area by the main office very rude employees I would rate the overall experience a 5 out of 10
