"Good hotel. Breakfast was nice too with helpful staff. Check in was excellent and quick. I have seen some bad reviews but do not know what the issue was. Room was clean with plenty of hot water which is always good. We had a family room on the first floor which was very spacious. Two double beds and a seating."

"We had an excellent stay at the Mauldron Hotel, it was located 3 minutes from the train station and a 18 minute walk to Leezes Park where we were heading. We were able to check in 1 hour early which was fantastic. The room was huge and nipping clean. Very comfortable bed and was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from cereal, yoghurt, porridge, meats, cheese, bread, hot food, bacon sausage etc. I would highly recommend staying here, we certainly will stay again!"
