Fantastic location and accommodations
First time in London and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This apartment is in a hip, fun area of London but on a side street so it’s reasonably quiet. Fun neighborhood to walk around in with lots of cafes and pubs, and incredibly convenient to both bus and tube transportation for exploring Camden Town, Kensington, West End, Covent Garden, Westminster, Leicester Square, and the City itself. Close to a Tesco so you can make use of the kitchen. The built in washer-dryer was a lifesaver too. Docking it only a tiny bit because while the listing advertised a king size bed, it’s a queen (by US measurements anyway).

Nice modern place
We stayed in unit 3. The apartment is clean and in a very good location: many restaurants in the area and walkable to Oxford Street. Apartment has wood floors and white linens everywhere, making it fresh and modern. Great convenience with the kitchen. Guests with mobility issues should be aware there are quite steep stairs, and go for one of the units on lower floors. Had one issue checking in - we were at the designated place on time, but the greeter made us wait there 20 minutes in the rain until I finally had to make an international phone call to summon her. International visitors don't always have data while travelling so you can't rely on messaging apps. Office staff contacting you before the stay are helpful and quick to respond, though.

The location was very central....Right next to the Goodge street station and many restaurants and cafes around. The apartment itself was very spacious and well maintained.

GREAT apartment, not so great customer service
This was a lovely apt in a great location and 2 blks from the tube station.But there are some issues that cannot be ignored. The apartment sleeps 6, but there are not enough kitchen items for 6. There were 3 wine glasses, 4 coffee mugs, and 3 water glasses. If the apartment sleeps 6ppl and the website says so, then there should be at least 6 of everything. We also could have used instructions for the stove/oven as they were Miele touch-screen appliances. We had to google instructions. The issues we had were mostly with cust svc. There appears to be multiple people working for this company but they're not communicating with each other and gave us conflicting info. We had an issue in trying to re-book to a larger apartment that I was not happy with. It also took me 2 email requests to confirm the bed types in the apt and I received 3 separate email replies all with different answers. We also had confusing communication with the gentleman who checked us in. Our flight was delayed and the office knew that. The person who checked us in told us he had received that info. But he still showed up at the apt at the original time. He also told us that we could leave the trash in the apt (which conflicted with what the book said). When we sent a msg to the company to confirm and we received a condescending msg that said we were already told that the trash had to be taken down to some random room outside of the building. We were not given that info at all. Great apt, just lacking cust svc

The apartment was much smaller than it looked on the booking site. The stairs were very steep up to the second floor and we were only given one key. We were also required to pay a security deposit of £400 which we are still trying to get refunded into our account. We did not feel that we received value for the amount of money we were charged.
