"Mi estancia fue excelente, el servicio de los butler's luis y alexis fue genial muy atentos, en la piscina de niños igual ever y mauricio siempre pendiente de nosotros y en el restaurant lotus el chef gerry tambien. Solo algo que señalar que no nos gusto fue que tuvieran el restaurant Barracuda de niños cerrados por la supuesta baja ocupacion del hotel eso lo vi mal porque si tienes 8 restaurant de adultos como vas a cerrar el unico que tienes para niños y otra cosa que deben mejorar es el menu del buffet en el desayuno que todos los dias era lo mismo y arriba en el area elite muy poca variedad de comida no nos hizo sentido subir mas si casi toda la comida estaba abajo, en fin noa emcanto el hotel y el servicio lo recomiendo 100%"

Unlike some of the busier resorts in the area, this hotel feels like a tranquil retreat. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the spa, or simply relaxing in the quiet of our beautifully appointed room, every moment felt like pure relaxation. The food was outstanding, with a variety of dining options that catered to both international and local tastes. We especially appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff and the front desk, who were always helpful, friendly, and respectful of our space and privacy. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet quiet getaway in Cancun, with exceptional service and a property that truly lives up to its five-star rating, this is the place. We can’t wait to return."

"The property is beautiful, very modern and clean. The pools were so fun and the beach was gorgeous. There was a lot of seaweed, but they did have a tractor out there cleaning it every morning as far as restaurants. The main buffet was amazing, but the other restaurants were not good. We stopped bothering to go to the other restaurants and just went to the main buffet, which had so many options and was very delicious. It was a beautiful beach vacation. It was just wonderful. "
